KORN: 'Let The Guilt Go' Video Released - Sep. 2, 2010
KORN's video for the song "Let The Guilt Go" can be viewed below. The track comes off the band's new album, "Korn III - Remember Who You Are", which sold 63,000 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 2 on The Billboard 200 chart.

The band's last, untitled CD opened with 123,000 units back in August 2007 to land at No. 2. That number was slightly more than half of the 221,000 first-week tally achieved by its predecessor, "See You On The Other Side", which debuted at No. 3 back in December 2005.

"Remember Who You Are" is the band's first album with independent label Roadrunner Records after a two-record stint with EMI Music.

KORN made a deliberate return to its musical roots on "Korn III - Remember Who You Are", which arrived on July 13 and follows up 2007's untitled eighth studio album. The band even recruited old friend and producer Ross Robinson, who worked on the band's 1994 debut and 1996's "Life Is Peachy", to produce the new record. Singer Jonathan Davis told The Pulse of Radio why the band decided to go retro. "We felt it was time for us to go back and try and do like an old-school record," he said. "After 'Peachy', we started, you know, working with different producers and really experimenting, and with Untitled it feels like we've explored all we wanted to explore, and it was time for us to strip things back down again and just write an intense, emotional record."

Davis told Billboard.com in June that KORN "hit a wall creatively with all the experimentation" on its last effort, a fact perhaps represented in the album's less-than-stellar sales.

KORN also courted controversy on 2005's "See You On The Other Side" by working with songwriting team The Matrix, known for their work with AVRIL LAVIGNE.

The first single and video from the album was called "Oildale (Leave Me Alone)". The clip was shot in the downtrodden California town of Oildale, near where KORN was formed in Bakersfield.

Just a proof that Americans need to straight their shit together on regards of Metal.... how come Korn sell 63,000 in their first week and Blind Guardian 4,400?

Really? That much of a diference?

Sad guys!

America:

Korn = Bad Metal (Very Bad)

Blind Guardian = Best Metal

I really wish this new cd & video would have been good, but its awful & stupid. When are these guys gonna realize that they need Head back in the band to pick it back up. Munky alone is not Korn guitar-wise. Guarantee you,...its gonna happen,....

I like the new video and that particular song quite a bit but, unfortunately, I do have to agree with the masses, this album as a whole is not a really good album. Normally albums have really good songs with a couple of "fillers" on them but in the case of Korn's new CD, they have a album full of bullshit fillers and only a couple of good songs

Didn't realise they were still around. Thought they gave up years ago when nu-metal became a bit less trendy and scene kids moved onto the next thing.

This band used to have really entertaining videos. Not so much since Head left. Their music's been pretty consistent though, imo.

This video is just footage from their live concert mixed with some shitty "plot" scenes.
These guys REALLY try to relive their successful times.Face it, its impossible.Youre fucking 40, not twenty.Different times, different attitudes, different lineup.Davis' vocals are getting weaker and weaker.Their last relevant album is Untouchables and that was recorded 10 years ago or sth.

Why does the video sound and play like I'm watching AOL shit circa 1999? Korn is really stuck with their times.

I like the song.

I think the video sucks.

I would hook up with the girl.

That is all.
